The deluxe pressure dial gauge ensures precise processing pressures, which is crucial for high altitude areas.

This 22-quart pressure canner and pressure cooker is made of heavy gauge, rustproof polished aluminum, offering time and cost savings. The included racks maximize canning space and prevent food from sticking to the bottom. The pressure release is set at 13PSI (+/- 5%), and a spring safety device prevents pressurization before the cooker is securely closed. Additionally, a sure-locking lid system prevents opening the lid when the cooker is pressurized.
